🔨 Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all corral panels, gates, and head gates against manufacturing defects. If a weld fails or the steel cracks due to our workmanship, we replace the panel at no cost to you.
What is covered: Broken welds, cracked steel, structural failure from normal use.
What is not covered: Damage from misuse, rust from normal wear and tear, modifications made after purchase, or damage from livestock impact beyond intended use.

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unused item for a refund.
Conditions for returns
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must not be a custom order or modified in any way
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- You must contact us before shipping any return
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we issue your refund within 3 business days
📦 Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You keep the damaged item or we arrange pick up — no return shipping cost for damages.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned
Custom-made panels, items damaged by misuse or improper installation, items returned without contacting us first, and items returned after 14 days.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation text when your refund is complete.
